Woahsa!

Well, it's been a while. I don't have a lot to update with, except doing a lot of homework lately.

This is me in the library, on tuesday. I was there for 3 hours, however i dont' feel as though i got much accomplished.

I really like my hair in this picture, you can't really see it, but i used some of my roommates mousse today, and my hair is actually not frizzy nor is it fat! =]

Time for an Update!

Well, I suppose I should update you!

So here goes: I had my first history test yesterday, and hopefully it went pretty well. I'm not sure when I'll get the results back but hopefully they won't be too bad. Frisbee's been going pretty well. I might skip it tonight, i haven't decided yet. My first Intramural game is this sunday at 6! I'm pretty pumped for it! Plus, I'm pretty tired, i haven't been sleeping well lately so we'll see how the rest of the night goes. I haven't heard back from Big Friend Little Friend, and nothing's really going on with Habitat, and MCSA electoins were today, first years elected who they wanted to represent them for the year. I know that at least 3 people from my floor are running, and at least 2 other people from Gay. Altogether, there's 8 people running for first year rep. and only 4 spots open.

Homework hasn't been to terrible yet. I've been needing to read for history a lot. German, is still boring. War and Terrorism is pretty fun, I like hearing everyone's different opinions, except for one persons because he thinks he's always right, however the professor today tore him apart and how he wasn't right. It was good to see him, finally be humbled.

College writing, is not as good as i thought it once would be. I had a conference with the prof. yesterday about the paper(which is required for everyone) and she basically didnt' help me at all. On the back of the paper you were suppose to write one thing you needed help with, and I wrote "writing a good thesis," going into the conference i thought she would help me figure one out.

Yeah, not so much. She didn't do much of anything for me. Anyway, Rant over.

Time to go do something productive.

I'm pretty smart

A lot has happened since i last posted! I've gone into town a few more times, and I've spent my first real weekend here, and let me tell ya, they can be pretty boring. There isn't a whole lot to do within town, so we'l be making up our own fun i guess. Anyway, since the last time I've continued to go to frisbee, I'm actually on an intramural team now. I also might be getting into the "Big Friend, Little Friend" program which is basically Big Brother, Big Sister. I also am getting involved in Habitat for Humanitity. I'll hopefully be getting involved within the Newman Center soon. They have some upcoming events that I'd like to go to. And other things that I've done: Swum laps with some people from my floor, met more new people, spent entire days reading books for history, and going to a dance here.

My homework load hasn't been horrendous, I do get overwhelmed at times, but it's nice having most of the day on Tuesday's and Thursdays to do homework. Today I get to try and pump out a 3-4 page paper for college writing. I'm not such a fan of that class anymore.
I am really starting to like my War & Terrorism class though. War is kind of my thing with history, so it's fun to learn more about all the wars.

Well, I'm back to homework now!
