I'm alive and well. Really really well. July has whooped my butt, and now I need like 5 months to recuperate. But I have so much to tell! Such as, the many concerts I went to, my mission trip, little mini excursions and the olympics!
So Just know that I'm alive, and that I will hopefully be back to regular updates soon!

The Fourth
The Fourth of July is my favorite holiday of all time! I think it's really just because of the memories I have from when I was little and our tradition of going to the lake and seeing cousins that we only saw once a year on that day. But it still holds true today when traditions have changed and we've all grown up.
with that said, this fourth was spent back out at the lake and it was wonderful! I got to hang out with my sister, my cousins, and my cousin Peter's friend Annalisa. We floated around the lake for a while, walked to this place in the lake that use to be a settlement called Rainbow Ridge but was washed away due to high water, but there's still "artifacts" under water, like we found party of a plate or some kind of pottery.
My sister and I stayed for dinner and then had to leave so she could make it back to her apartment and do laundry before work the next day. Which was fine, because my friend Briana had previously texted me wondering if I could hang out that night. So Briana and I went and watched the local fireworks which were actually pretty good! It was also kind of cool because it started to lightning in the background, but no rain!
It was a very laid back 4th but that was nice! Up until the day before I didn't even know what I was going to be doing for the fourth!

My Life in Instagram photos
Instagram is an app on the iPhone/android where you can take pictures and then upload them to this "site" and people can follow you. It's basically another type of social networking site. These are some pictures that I've taken with the app.
